Jon Bilton

Managing Director, Real Estate

Jonathan (Jon) Bilton is a Managing Director at BLG Capital Advisors (BLG) and runs the real estate capital investment activities for the firm and its related entities.

Mr. Bilton joined the firm in 2014, has approximately 15-years industry experience, and has participated in more than $10 billion of real estate capital transactions. Mr. Bilton’s previous professional affiliations include approximately 10 years as an Officer at The John Buck Company and, prior thereto, a stint at AMLI Residential (f/k/a AMLI Residential Properties Trust).

Mr. Bilton serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for BLG, and is a Member of the Boards of Directors for Karis Cold Storage, Industrial Outdoor Ventures, Magellan Development Group and Jaguar Growth Partners.

Mr. Bilton’s civic and community involvement includes membership in the Urban Land Institute and YPO, and on the Board of Directors for Envision Unlimited, a Chicago-based 501(c)(3). Past roles include serving as Chairman of the John Buck Company Foundation and Vice-Chair of One Hope United-Northern Region.

Mr. Bilton has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University.
